Membership Benefits and Rates
Members of our health club enjoy benefits that cost extra at many fitness centers:
- free towel service
- two free orientation sessions with our front desk staff
- access to tennis courts and an indoor pool
Members may participate in all but the Group Personal Training classes for free, and use of the tennis courts and swimming pool is included as a membership benefit. Check our class schedule for current offerings and times. We usually offer:
- swimming lessons for adults and children
- many styles of aerobics and group exercise
- Yoga
- Tae Kwon Do (adult classes)
- Pilates
- group cycle training
