United We Dance to Cure ALS™ Zumbathon® charity event
Friday, March 9, 2012 from 6-8pm at Hampshire Athletic Club (90 Gatehouse Rd, Amherst, MA).
$20 in advance, $25 at the door. Cash or check only (please make checks out to Veronika Hellmer)

Event is open to non-members, and the first 50 registrations will receive a free "United We Dance" bracelet!


New Classes:
Hula Hooping with Veeka will begin Saturday February 25th at 12:30PM!



 

Corebar Hit!- This class consists of high intensity intervals & strength training to focus on your Power Center.  Using a unique U-shaped weighted bar, Corebar Hit is 30 minutes of high energy aerobic conditioning & 30 minutes of muscle conditioning that will increase your strength & improve balance & posture.  Corebars need to be reserved before class.  Call James at MVP Fitness to reserve yours, 413-687-0774.   This class will alternate Sundays with DARE beginning July 31st.
